At this time, we are only accepting registrations for active participants (presenters, co-presenters, and committee members). Registration for passive participants (audience members, without the option to present or participate in discussions, and without coffee breaks, meals, or a conference package) will open in August.
To actively participate, please ensure that both the Attendee Registration Form and the Abstract Submission Form are completed. If your abstract has already been submitted by a colleague for your joint presentation, you do not need to submit it again.
The registration deadline is June 10, 2025. Notifications of acceptance will be sent by July 10, 2025, and the payment deadline is July 31, 2025.
