The COVID-19 pandemic significantly increased the prevalence of remote work, raising questions about its effects on various aspects of psychological and daily functioning. This study aimed to examine the relationships between physical activity level, chronotype, sleep quality, and life satisfaction, with particular attention to work mode. Data were collected from 158 adult participants (including 81 women) working either onsite or remotely. The study employed standardized instruments: the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), the Chronotype Scale (CSM), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), and the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS). The results indicated that onsite workers engaged in higher levels of physical activity. Furthermore, participants with higher physical activity levels reported significantly greater life satisfaction. Regression analysis revealed that better sleep quality and remote work were significant predictors of higher life satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of sleep quality as a key psychological factor influencing life satisfaction, regardless of work mode.
