This presentation explores the dynamic changes in education resulting from technological advancements, global social transformations, and the increasing expectations placed on schools and teachers. The school of the future is envisioned as a flexible, digitally integrated institution that fosters future-oriented competencies such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and self-directed learning.

At the core of this modern educational model is the student as an active participant, while the teacher takes on the role of mentor and designer of educational experiences. This shift in the teacher’s role demands new digital, social, and emotional competencies, along with ongoing professional development. The presentation highlights the importance of collaboration between schools and their broader social and economic environments, as well as the need for systemic support for educators.

It also addresses potential risks, including the deepening of educational inequalities and ethical dilemmas linked to digitalization. Finally, the presentation outlines possible future scenarios for education, such as hybrid teaching models, AI-driven personalization, and the globalization of learning. Achieving a balance between technological advancement and humanistic values is emphasized as a key priority.
